Summary: We’ve stayed at a lot of Ramada hotels but this 1 was horrible. They called and asked us if we wanted a ground floor. Said it’s the exact same room and it wasn’t. Room was dirty. Hair on the bed and towels. Room smelled. The pool was empty. I was to have 2 queen beds and a pullout couch for my husband, my 4 kids and me. Our room had 2 queen beds. They gave me another room so we had 2 rooms but it was down the hall. So we had 2 separate a parent in each room with kids. What a disappointment. The door handle was broken on our patio door, mold in the bathroom, wifi didn’t work. I would never recommend this hotel. They said well you only paid $60 for the room I said no I paid $90.

Summary: Bathroom was dirty, need wiping on walls, can see coffee drip stains. A little stuffyness coming from rugs. Old setting hotel. Main floor is floor 1 downstairs. Felt creepy coming down alone at first. Beds kinda hard, springy, prefers soft beds

Summary: The pool they showed was closed for construction and they should have mentioned that in their website. Also the building was in overall disrepair. Paint was flaking off the ceiling in the bathroom and there was visible water damage. The beds were like bouncing hammocks and had no support.

Summary: Overall, the experience was good. However, we had no hot water in the morning. We called the front desk and they reset the breaker, but the water was not hot enough to have a shower before we had to leave. We also were not able to have breakfast, as breakfast started at 7:00 AM and we needed to leave at 6:00 AM. Additionally, there was a strange smell in the room, presumably from the carpet.

Summary: The property was not well maintained. Room was clean and acceptable but the grounds around the hotel were. Very unkempt. Night safety doors did not lock and room door safety lock was not working properly.
